2. Booking and Payment

• Payment for the excursion is made on the day of the tour, prior to the start of the activity.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancelling your reservation is free of charge.

4. Participation Requirements

• The driver must hold a valid type B driver’s license.
• Each quad can accommodate a maximum of two passengers.
• The minimum age for passengers is 6 years.

5. Safety and Equipment

• We provide mandatory protective helmets for all participants.
• It is mandatory to follow the guide’s instructions and stay on designated paths.
• The use of alcohol and drugs before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Participants are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the quad.
• The tour operator is not liable for injuries resulting from participants’ negligent behavior.
• Each participant must sign a liability waiver before the tour begins.

7. Weather Conditions

• In case of adverse weather conditions, the excursion will be canceled for safety reasons.
• If the tour is canceled by the organization, a new date will be offered or a full refund will be provided.
